EQ Connections provides participants with an expanded understanding of their EQ-i 2.0 results and how to further develop their emotional intelligence skills in the workplace. An individual who has a high level of emotional intelligence (EI) can manage their own impulses, communicate with others effectively, manage change well, solve problems, and have meaningful social interactions. These individuals also have empathy, remain optimistic even in the face of adversity, and are often highly influential. These qualities are essential for success in today’s business world, across industries and job levels.
