ABOUT ME

Every life comes with its own set of challenges, and I leverage my own lessons learned to help others arrive at increased clarity and stronger resilience through collaborative inquiry and systematic planning.

Driven by deep curiosity and a passion for learning, I embarked on what I thought would be a fulfilling career as a software engineer and telecoms expert. After obtaining a BEng(Hons) in Electronic and Electrical Engineering and an MSc in Communications Technology and Policy from the University of Strathclyde, UK, I worked as a software engineer, IT specialist and telecoms engineer in the UK and Greece.

17 years later, when a close family member developed a chronic health condition, I had an my own “aha!” moment—what if my loved one and I could channel our concern into not trying to fix the problem, but manage it in such a way that we emerged more resilient and resourceful?

This experience spurred me to think about my career in a new way and led me to embark on the journey of discovery toward what is now my own coaching practice.

I now work with STEM and other professionals from around the world (14 countries so far) who feel stuck and want to accelerate their development or get out of a rut. Together, we pinpoint the current situation and unravel fact from emotion to identify obstacles to progress. Armed with a deeper understanding of what specifically we need to address, we collaboratively develop actionable solutions to frame next steps.

While working with me, clients experience improved outcomes no matter what the original struggle was that brought them to me. From making better decisions to enhancing resiliency and adaptability, reframing challenges into opportunities, finding a balance, or securing a fulfilling new role, clients achieve incredible shifts in mindset and awareness.
